This Cookie Policy explains how Quenvantor d.o.o. uses cookies and similar technologies on quenvantor.com and how we manage them via Google Consent Mode v2.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to remember your preferences, log you in securely and analyse traffic. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and tracking pixels.
2. Categories of cookies we use
(a) Strictly necessary — indispensable for the operation of the site (routing, security, your cookie choice). They are always active and require no consent. (b) Analytics — anonymously measure how the site is used (Google Analytics 4). (c) Advertising — allow us to measure the effectiveness of campaigns (Google Ads, AW-18064110603). (d) Personalisation — remember preferences and tailor content.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2 so that Google's services behave in line with your choice. By default (before you make a choice), all advertising and analytics signals are set to 'denied'. Only after you accept can Google load full cookies. If you decline, Google uses 'cookieless pings' which still enable aggregated and anonymous conversion measurement without setting any cookies or identifiers. The active signals are: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage, functionality_storage, personalization_storage and security_storage.
4. Managing your choice
We store your choice only on your device, in local storage under the key 'quenvantor_consent'. You can change it at any time by clicking 'Cookie preferences' in the footer, or by clearing your browser data, which will cause the banner to reappear.
5. Third parties
Services that may set cookies: Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Cloudflare Inc. (security and CDN), and occasionally visual-analytics tools (Hotjar). Detailed privacy policies of these vendors are available on their official websites.
6. Retention
Strictly necessary cookies — end of session. Analytics cookies (_ga) — up to 24 months. Advertising cookies — up to 13 months. Your consent record — up to 12 months, after which we will ask you again.
